To
all interested parties:
This organization desires to thank all
donors, especially those who donated to us for Katrina, Wilma,
Rita and other disasters. One of our donors needs special
attention! This is The Arm Full of Help. Many thanks to them
for their magnificent donations. We partner with the American
Red Cross all year to help --- victims, and others in crisis.
We were honored when the American Red Cross, The Salvation
Army, and Indiana Homeland Security asked us to be headquarters for the physical donations. Red Cross told us the donations would be pouring in and they were so right. 3
Warehouses full and 8 semi-trailers on our grounds! We served
over 300 families who were relocated to Indianapolis, and we
filled over 30 trailers to go to the southern states. We are
ready, willing, and able to serve in any other disasters, be it
local, national, or international. Again, thanks for helping
us to be a help in time of need. Red Cross told us they would
have never been able to do the part we did! And you helped!!!
Jeanne Huiett, Director of Greater Indianapolis To: Whom
it May Concern From: Debra Taylor Date: February 6, 2006 Hope International Ministries, 1205 E. New York Street, served
as our referral agency during the Hurricane Katrina response
for donated items. Hope Ministries received goods from
hundreds of individuals and businesses. We were then able to
refer our clients (over 940 Hurricane Katrina families) to
Hope Ministries to service these clients.
